Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint:

We at Jacqui Paterson's work to the highest standard and have the best interests at heart  for you and your pets.  However, if you feel there is something you wish to raise, please do get in touch with a member of our team, who will work with you to address your concerns.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of this process, plus put your complaint in writing or via email within 28 days to the contacts listed below. 

Your complaint will be investigated formally, internally and an appropriate response will be sent to you as soon as our investigations have been completed
