Complaints

If you want to make a complaint:

We hope to ensure that you never have recourse to complain about the standards of service you received from us.

However, if you feel there is something you wish to raise, don't hesitate to get in touch with a member of our team, who will address your concernns and may escalate it internally as may be appropriate. 

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of this process, you should direct your comments within 28 days, in writing to the address or email indicated at the bottom of this page. 

An acknowledgement will be sent by return within 7 days, and then a short period will elapse whilst your complaint is investigated and reports collect from all team members involved. 

A reply will follow usually within 28 days, although the period may be longer if our manager or the team members involved are temporarily unavailable or delayed.
