Complaints Handling

We hope that you will be happy with the services we provide, however if you are dissatisfied with any of the treatment you or your pet have received we would like to know so that we can try to rectify the situation.

If it is your pets treatment you have concerns over we encourage you to firstly speak directly to the veterinary surgeon who has been treating your animal. This can often resolve issues straight away and clarify the situation before your grievance escalates.

If you still feel you are not satisfied with the response to your queries, we would encourage you to speak to our practice manager either in person, by telephone or in writing to highlight the issues you have concern over.

We as a practice value feedback both good and bad. It is only by listening to our clients likes and dislikes that we can improve our service to all of our clients.

Our staff will always be pleasant and helpful towards all of our clients. We respectfully request you conduct yourself in a similar manner. We understand that sometimes a visit to the vets can be stressful for various reasons, however we will not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour towards our staff in any circumstance.
